I’m currently Gong’s sole in-house copywriter, so I work on a little bit of everything across the brand.
I’ve helped with several product launches by writing the public-facing language announcing new features, including AI agents, the company’s sales enablement platform, MCP support, and much more.
I’ve written dozens of guides, including 5 reasons deals fall apart, the 4 elements of forecast maturity, the sales playbook for frontline managers, a round-up of winning sales techniques, and the ultimate call-scoring checklist.
In terms of performance, as one example, the sales call scoring checklist reached an MQL rate of 21 percent (11 percent above our benchmark). The associated email I wrote to promote the checklist met or exceeded all of the four success metrics our demand gen team tracks: open rate (21.9 percent), click-through rate (3.5 percent), click-to-open rate (16.1 percent), and unsubscribe rate (0.2 percent).
I’ve also ghostwritten executive thought leadership for the company’s Chief Trust Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Product Officer, VP of Enablement, Director of Revenue Transformation, EMEA General Manager, VP of the Revenue Center of Excellence, and others.
I’ve also written or edited several customer bylines and customer stories.
